At BunnyHop, our products go through extensive quality checks. We strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets the highest standards of quality and design. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges or replacements.
Damages and issues
Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately only if you send us an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery at bunnyhop.gharse@gmail.com
All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo of the damaged segment highlighted & an uncut unboxing video of the package you received & show the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
